    Works Minister welcomes Kingston Mayor Swaby’s announcement that money from PRF will be used to rehabilitate roads

    Works Minister Robert Morgan has welcomed the announcement by Kingston Mayor Andrew Swaby that cash from the Parochial Income Fund (PRF) can be used to rehabilitate roads within the municipality.  

    Final week, Mayor Swaby indicated that affected roadways in all divisions can be patched or resurfaced , indicating that whereas extra roads want patching, the Kingston and St Andrew Municipal Company has restricted sources, together with funding.
