    Convicted Jamaican Criminals Await Deportation After Prison Release in U.S.

    America Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has introduced that two Jamaican nationals convicted of great crimes are at present in its custody as they await deportation.

    In accordance with ICE, 44-year-old Nascimento Blair entered the U.S. as a non-immigrant on March 4, 2004, however violated the phrases of his admission. Blair was arrested by the Mount Vernon Police Division in New York on October 12, 2005, for first-degree kidnapping. He was subsequently convicted and sentenced to fifteen years in jail.
