SPANISH TOWN, ST. CATHERINE — A person was fatally shot by the police throughout an alleged confrontation on Outdated Harbour Street in Spanish City late final evening.
The deceased has been recognized as 48-year-old Vernon Campbell, also referred to as “Bald Head,” a labourer from the identical space.
