    Dash icon Usain Bolt was unveiled as the brand new World Tourism Ambassador for Jamaica throughout the Jamaica Vacationer Board’s seventieth anniversary Cocktail Reception held Thursday at Devon Home in Kingston.

    Extensively considered the best sprinter in historical past, Bolt mentioned he’s proud to symbolize his nation on the world stage.

    Bolt retired from athletics after the 2017 World Championships, ending his profession with eight Olympic gold medals and 11 world titles. He nonetheless holds world data within the 100m (9.58) and 200m (19.19) and ran the anchor leg in Jamaica’s males’s 4x100m relay world file at London 2012.
