    Everlasting Secretary within the Ministry of Schooling, Expertise, Youth and Info, Dr. Kasan Troupe (proper), applauds because the Captain I Can robotic engages with schoolchildren on the launch of the Captain I Can College Tour, beneath the theme ‘Medicine and Violence No Means’ on the St. Andrew Major College on Could 14. The varsity tour is an progressive student-focused initiative aimed toward fostering resilience, prosocial behaviour and violence prevention in faculties via empowerment and schooling. Spearheaded beneath the Authorities of the UK (UK)-funded Violence Prevention Partnership Programme (VPPP), the tour is a flagship initiative led by the Ministry of Schooling, Expertise, Youth and Info in collaboration with the Ministries of Nationwide Safety and Well being and Wellness, and the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ). The initiative helps the Citizen Safety Plan and Inter-Ministerial College Assist Technique (IMSS), reinforcing nationwide efforts to create secure and supportive studying environments.
