    Suspected serial rapist charged in multi-parish sex crimes between 2023 and 2026

    A suspected serial rapist has been charged in reference to a string of sexual offences dedicated throughout a number of parishes over the past three years.

    Detectives assigned to the Counter Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Department (CTOC) have charged 25-year-old Ackiel Davis of Cornwall Barracks, Moore City, Portland.
