Workmen from the Nationwide Strong Waste Administration Authority (NSWMA) use heavy tools to clear a bit of the Mandela Freeway on the Portmore intersection on Wednesday (October 29). Fallen timber and different particles from the passage of hurricane Melissa, left the westbound part of the Freeway, in the direction of Spanish City, impassable.
