    Nine Rounds of Ammunition Seized in Kingston 13 Police Operation

    Kingston, Jamaica –  Police within the St Andrew South Division seized 9 .38 cartridges throughout a focused operation in Fitzgerald Avenue, Kingston 13, on Wednesday night.

    In accordance with the Hunts Bay Police, the operation was carried out between 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. as a part of ongoing efforts to disrupt criminal activity within the space. Throughout a search of the premises, officers found the ammunition hidden in a transparent plastic bottle on the roof of an unfinished constructing.

    Nobody was arrested in reference to the seizure.

    The police say investigations are persevering with and have urged anybody with info that might help the probe to contact the closest police station or name Crime Cease at 311.
