    Maintenance Worker Shot and Killed on Mountain View Avenue

    Kingston, Jamaica – A 40-year-old upkeep employee was shot and killed in a brazen noon assault alongside Mountain View Avenue on Thursday.

    The deceased has been recognized as Robert Williams of Hamstead Street, Kingston 3.

    Police report that shortly after 12:00 p.m., they responded to reviews of gunfire within the neighborhood of Excelsior Excessive College. Upon arrival, Williams was discovered affected by gunshot wounds on the faculty’s gate space.

    Preliminary investigations point out that the taking pictures was carried out by a lone gunman who was on foot and armed with a handgun. Following the assault, the assailant reportedly entered a silver Toyota Axio motorcar and fled the scene.

    Williams was transported to the Kingston Public Hospital, the place he later died whereas present process remedy.

    Detectives are persevering with investigations into the incident as they work to determine a motive and establish the suspect concerned.
