    Farmer Dies in Tree-Cutting Incident in St Ann

    ST ANN, Jamaica – The St Ann police are investigating a tragic incident by which a farmer misplaced his life after being struck by a falling tree on Wednesday.

    The deceased has been recognized as 45-year-old Richard Johnson, a resident of the Walkerswood district within the parish.

    In response to police studies, round 2:45 p.m., Johnson was reducing down a tree within the Cottage space when it fell on him, inflicting extreme accidents.

    He was rushed to the St Ann’s Bay Hospital for medical remedy however later succumbed to his accidents.

    The Moneague police are conducting additional investigations into the incident, which has been labeled as a case of loss of life by misadventure.
