    Colorado DOC officer arrested in Fremont County for domestic violence

    A Colorado Division of Corrections officer was arrested earlier this month on home violence and weapons costs after firing a gun into the air throughout a struggle along with his spouse, based on court docket paperwork.

    Alexander Wolfgang Carpenter, 35, was arrested June 14 in Fremont County and charged with prohibited use of a weapon for recklessly utilizing a gun, a misdemeanor, court docket data present.

    Cañon Metropolis law enforcement officials responded to a house within the 200 block of South Seventh Road simply after 10 p.m. on June 14, based on Carpenter’s arrest affidavit.

    He was launched from jail on a $1,000 private recognizance bond on June 16 and is about to seem in court docket on July 28.
