Fifty-four educators and assist workers at Campion School who’ve given greater than 10 years of service have been honoured on the establishment’s long-service awards ceremony held on Monday night (January 12).
The honourees, who served for a mixed 1,046 years, embrace former board chairman Anton Thompson; former principals, Grace Baston and Radley Reid; 35 lecturers, 11 assist workers and one coach.
Minister of Training, Abilities, Youth and Info, Senator the Hon. Dana Morris Dixon, who addressed the operate held at The Jamaica Pegasus resort in New Kingston, recommended the award recipients, a few of whom have served as much as 40 years on the establishment.
