The Bermuda under-14 ladies’ nationwide soccer staff have been defeated 1-0 by Jamaica under-14 of their opening match of the Caribbean Soccer Union [CFU] Problem Sequence in Trinidad and Tobago yesterday [August 16].
Competing in Tier One group B, Bermuda fell behind within the 58th minute after a long-range effort from Nycolette Prendergrass took a deflection, beating goalkeeper Kyra Simmons.
Late within the match, Jamaica’s goalkeeper Mikalia Banton was despatched off for a second yellow card.
Bermuda face Trinidad and Tobago at the moment.
