    Gender based violence mobile app ‘Am Alive’ to be launched this year

    Two separate cell purposes aimed toward addressing gender primarily based violence (GBV) and facilitating swift life verification for pensioners shall be launched this 12 months.

    Governor-Normal, Sir Patrick Allen made the disclosure in the present day in the course of the throne speech.

    He stated the GBV cell app will amongst different issues present discreet entry to emergency assist for victims.

    He stated the ‘Am Alive’ app shall be launched for pensioners.

    Sir Patrick added that the federal government will introduce a contemporary communication equipment to make sure Jamaicans have entry to correct and unbiased public data.
