    Oxford construction worker collapsed while working

    Sergejs Kuzmiskins, of Reliance Method, Oxford died on Monday, July 7 on the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington.

    An inquest into the 54-year-old’s dying was opened by HM senior coroner Darren Salter at Oxford Coroner’s Court docket on July 22.

    The opening heard that the Latvia-born man collapsed whereas working and was taken to hospital, the place he subsequently died.

    His dying was verified at 12.40pm.
