    Minister of Labour and Social Safety, Hon. Pearnel Charles Jr. (second proper), shares in dialog with (from left) Director of Governance, Social Improvement Fee (SDC), Sherine Walker; Appearing Parish Supervisor, St. Catherine SDC, Shana-Lee Archibald; Supervisor, Clarendon SDC, Baldvin McKenzie; and Programme Director, Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ), Charles Clayton.
