A 35-year-old man was arrested Monday on suspicion of vehicular murder after Denver police say he struck and killed a woman driving a stand-up electrical scooter in Capitol Hill.
Investigators say Kedrick Feldon was probably driving whereas impaired when he hit a lady within the 700 block of East Colfax Avenue on Sunday evening.
The lady was making an attempt to merge into eastbound visitors when Feldon hit her, the Denver Police Division mentioned in a information launch Monday. She was unresponsive when police arrived and was later pronounced useless on the hospital.
