    Montego Bay, St. James – A 75-year-old farmer has been charged with three counts of rape following allegations of sexual assault that reportedly occurred between 1980 and 1982 within the Retirement district of St. Elizabeth.

    The Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Little one Abuse (CISOCA) has laid the fees in opposition to Frederick Watson, who resides within the Trinity district of Porus, Manchester.
