    Minivan Skids Off Road in St Thomas; Driver Escapes Serious Injury

    St Thomas, Jamaica (McKoy’s Information) – A minivan driver narrowly averted severe damage after his car skidded off the White Horses essential highway close to Shady Spring on Wednesday night, police report.

    The incident occurred shortly after 6 p.m., leaving the driving force with minor accidents after the car slammed into a close-by ditch.

    Preliminary investigations recommend that spilled sediments from vans carrying building supplies could have brought on the accident. Authorities say such spills have been a recurring hazard in latest months.
