    Woman fatally shot by cop in Montego Bay on Christmas morning – Jamaica Inquirer

    A girl was shot and killed by a policeman as she reportedly attacked one other feminine with a knife close to the Montego Bay Shoe Market in St James on Christmas morning.

    Preliminary experiences are that the now deceased girl brandished a knife and was attacking one other girl when she was shot by the policeman who intervened.

    The injured girl died on the scene.

    The Impartial Fee of Investigations (INDECOM) has began a probe into the deadly capturing.

    INDECOM can also be probing the capturing demise of three males who reportedly engaged the police in a firefight in St James on Tuesday morning.
