    Singh was appointed throughout the ceremonial opening of the thirteenth session of the Parliament on Friday afternoon. 

    Based on his LinkedIn account, Singh graduated from the College of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus with a Regulation Diploma in 1987 and from the Hugh Wooding Regulation College in 1989.
