    UK’s first trans judge launches case against Supreme Court sex ruling

    Dr Victoria McCloud – the one choose within the UK to publicly say they’re transgender – is searching for a rehearing of the case, arguing that the Supreme Courtroom undermined her article 6 rights to a good trial when it failed to contemplate human rights arguments that might have been put by trans individuals – together with herself.
