    UDC to lead cleanup of Black River in St Elizabeth

    The City Growth Company (UDC) will lead the cleanup of the city of Black River in St Elizabeth, as restoration efforts following Hurricane Melissa, transfer right into a targeted implementation part.

    Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness made the announcement throughout a tour of Black River.

    He mentioned the target is to revive security, public well being, and confidence as Black River continues its restoration.
