    Two Men Charged in Manchester for Receiving Stolen Telecom Batteries

    KINGSTON, Jamaica – Two males have been charged with receiving stolen property and conspiracy to receiving stolen property following an incident in Mike City district, Pimento Hill, Manchester final Friday.

    Charged are 37-year-old technician Andre Dixon, in any other case often called ‘Jeff’, of Mike City district, Pimento Hill, and 27-year-old Odean Needham, in any other case often called ‘Chapo’ or ‘Pigeon’, of Magnold Road, Longville Park, Clarendon and Somerset in Manchester.

    In response to experiences from the Mandeville Police, between 10:00 a.m. and three:00 p.m., a police staff appearing on info visited Dixon’s home. A search was performed and 6 lithium-ion batteries, recognized because the property of two telecommunication service suppliers, have been discovered.

    Dixon later led lawmen to Needham’s home after telling them that Needham had stolen the batteries and bought them to him.

    Each males have been taken into custody and charged after a question-and-answer session.

    Their court docket date is being finalised
