ST MARY, Jamaica — Two cops and one other man have been charged in reference to the homicide of 59-year-old businessman Garfield Singh in Boscobel, St Mary.
Singh, who operated Singh’s Tyre Gross sales, Service and Restore, was gunned down at his residence early Monday morning.
