    Two Clarendon men charged last year for transporting scrap metal without permit sentenced

    Two Clarendon males who have been charged final 12 months for transporting scrap steel with no allow have been sentenced.

    59-year-old Owen Brown in any other case referred to as ‘Toney’– of Curatoe Hill District and 56-year-old Morris Whyte in any other case referred to as ‘Iron man’ of Sunnyside District, Might Pen, have been fined $50,000 or 15 days imprisonment and $100,000 or 30 days imprisonment respectively once they appeared within the Manchester Parish Court docket on Thursday.
