    Troy High School Student Drowns During River Outing in Craig District

    MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A day meant for enjoyable turned tragic on Might 26 when 17-year-old Arlando Segree, a scholar at Troy Excessive College, drowned whereas swimming in Hectors River, positioned within the Craig District of Manchester.
