    Tropical Storm Melissa Forces Weekend Flight Cancellations at MBJ Airport

    MBJ Airports Restricted, operators of Sangster Worldwide Airport in Montego Bay, St James, have introduced the cancellation of all flights arriving from and departing to Fort Lauderdale, Florida on Friday, October 24, 2025, on account of a tropical storm warning presently in impact for Jamaica. The cancellations can even have an effect on flights on Saturday and Sunday.

    Passengers are being urged to contact their airways for rebooking and to remain knowledgeable concerning the newest flight updates. Regardless of the cancellations, Sangster Worldwide Airport stays open and operational.
