    Tourism Workers Set to Benefit from Gratuity Tax Removal, Says Minister Bartlett

    Montego Bay, Jamaica: Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett has introduced the federal government’s intention to take away the tax on gratuities for employees within the tourism business.

    Bartlett believes that eliminating this tax will considerably enhance the earnings of tourism employees, doubtlessly doubling their take-home pay. He emphasised the significance of guaranteeing that these gratuities, that are rightfully earned by tourism employees, attain them in full.
