    Three Men Charged After Firearm Seizure in Clarks Town, Trelawny

    Three males have been charged following the seizure of a firearm throughout a police operation in Ackee Tree Lane, Clarks City, Trelawny, within the early hours of December 17.

    Experiences from the Falmouth Police point out that at roughly 12:05 a.m., officers on patrol signaled a white automobile to cease for a breach of the Street Site visitors Act. The driving force complied, and a subsequent search of the automobile revealed a Glock 9mm pistol together with {a magazine} containing fourteen 9mm cartridges.

    The three males contained in the automobile had been instantly taken into custody and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, unauthorized possession of ammunition, and the removing of a mark from a firearm.

    The accused males have been recognized as:

    • 29-year-old Davian Williams, often known as ‘Shot Dawg’ and ‘Shootis’, of Mack Hill and Hyde District, Clarks City,
    • 35-year-old Sheldon McKenzie, often known as ‘Stinkaz’, a chef from Prime City, Clarks City,
    • 37-year-old Richard Barrett, often known as ‘Kartel’, a development employee from Clarks City.

    The lads are anticipated to look in court docket quickly, with their court docket dates at present being finalized.

    The seizure of the firearm has sparked additional issues about unlawful firearms and prison exercise within the space. Police have vowed to proceed their efforts to curb gun violence and guarantee public security.
