    Could Pen, Clarendon, Jamaica – April 6, 2025 – A 56-year-old bus driver from Longville Park, Clarendon, has been arrested and charged in reference to the alleged abduction and sexual assault of a teenage lady who was a passenger on his bus.

    Leroy Powell, also called ‘Jimmy’, was formally charged on Friday with abduction of a kid beneath 16 and grievous sexual assault, based on police experiences from the Could Pen station.

    The allegations stem from an incident that reportedly occurred on Tuesday, April 02, at roughly 4:00 p.m. Police experiences point out that the teenage lady boarded a coaster bus operated by Powell in Clarendon.
