    Taxi Operator Killed, Passenger Hospitalised in Brazen Daylight Shooting on Old Harbour Road

    St. Catherine, Jamaica – A taxi operator was shot and killed, and his male passenger critically injured, after their automobile got here below gunfire from a gunman on a motorbike alongside Previous Harbour Street in St Catherine this afternoon.

    The lethal assault occurred round 4:10 p.m. close to a church alongside the busy roadway. In accordance with police reviews, the taxi was travelling with the passenger when a person on a motorbike rode up beside the automobile and opened hearth, hitting each occupants a number of instances.

    The wounded males had been rushed to the Spanish City Hospital, the place the taxi operator was pronounced lifeless. The passenger stays hospitalised in unstable situation.
