    Take it easy on spirits this Halloween – CHP out in force

    Halloween revelers who threat driving whereas intoxicated in San Diego County might face scary penalties, the California Highway Patrol warned Thursday.

    In an annual effort to maintain intoxicated motorists and different site visitors scofflaws off native freeways and unincorporated roadways through the vacation, the CHP will conduct a 12-hour “most enforcement” operation starting at 6 p.m. Friday, the state company suggested.
