    Suspect Arrested in Connection with Murder of 14-Year-Old Girl

    Kingston, Jamaica – Police have made an arrest within the investigation of the tragic homicide of 14-year-old Value Johnson final week.

    The suspect was apprehended on Sunday at roughly 3:50 pm at a Crescent Highway deal with in St. Andrew, based on the Hunts Bay Legal Investigation Department (CIB).

    Johnson, a pupil at Haile Selassie Excessive College, was sexually assaulted and murdered in her Palm Grove Court docket dwelling on Spanish City Highway on Thursday night. The brutal crime has shocked the group and sparked widespread grief.

    The CIB has said that the investigation is ongoing and that they’re actively pursuing leads. Additional updates can be launched because the probe progresses.

    Authorities proceed to induce anybody with data associated to the case to return ahead and help of their investigation.
