    Port of Spain, Trinidad – The dual-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago has declared a state of emergency.

    In an official assertion launched early Monday, the administration of Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley introduced that President Christine Carla Kangaloo, performing on the Prime Minister’s recommendation, has declared a state of public emergency.
