    St Mary Farmer Charged After $6M Ganja Bust

    St Mary, Jamaica — A 28-year-old farmer from Three Hills, St Mary, has been arrested and charged following the invention of over 408 kilos of ganja with an estimated avenue worth of greater than $6 million.

    The accused has been recognized as Ranneil Hoilett.

    In response to the St Mary police, the arrest was made round 5:00 p.m. on Thursday after officers, responding to an incident within the space, noticed Hoilett behaving suspiciously. He was stopped and questioned, which led investigators to a close-by home reportedly utilized by him.

    Upon getting into the premises, lawmen uncovered a number of rooms full of ganja vegetation hanging from the ceiling and partitions. The setup instructed a well-organized drying and processing operation for the unlawful substance, the police reported.

    Along with the ganja, two motor autos believed to be linked to the operation have been additionally seized.

    Hoilett has since been formally charged and is anticipated to look in courtroom as investigations proceed.
