    St Elizabeth Man Drowns at Frenchman Beach Despite Rescue Efforts

    A St Elizabeth man drowned on Monday after being pulled beneath by a riptide at Frenchman Seaside in Treasure Seaside, regardless of warnings from locals about hazardous swimming circumstances.

    The sufferer, recognized as Dale Shaw, a taxi operator from Southfield, was on the seashore with a feminine vacationer when the incident occurred within the afternoon.

    Each people have been dragged underwater, however residents managed to rescue the lady. Shaw, nonetheless, suffered a head wound and couldn’t be revived regardless of CPR makes an attempt. He was later pronounced useless at hospital.

    Police are reminding the general public to train warning close to water and have launched an investigation into the incident.
