    St. Catherine Music Producer Charged with Firearm Possession in Montego Bay

    Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica – A 28-year-old music producer from Spanish City, St. Catherine, has been charged with firearm-related offenses following the seizure of a pistol and ammunition in Montego Bay.

    Shaquille Hudson, of French Avenue, was taken into custody on Thursday after police found a Taurus 9mm pistol and two rounds of ammunition on his individual.

    In accordance with stories from the Montego Bay police, officers performing on data relating to a stolen motorcar situated a automobile at a automotive wash on Market Avenue at roughly 2:30 PM. Hudson was noticed standing close to the automobile.

    Throughout a subsequent search, officers reportedly recovered the firearm from Hudson’s waistband. He was instantly taken into custody and has since been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and unauthorized possession of ammunition.

    The 1 investigation into this incident is ongoing.
