    Security Forces Recover Third Firearm in St. Catherine North Division Sweep

    St. Catherine, Jamaica – Intensified operations by legislation enforcement within the St. Catherine North Division have yielded important success, with the restoration of three firearms between December 1 and December 5. These operations are a part of ongoing efforts to curb unlawful actions and improve public security within the space.

    The most recent restoration occurred on the night of Thursday, December 5, round 8:50 p.m., within the Rivoli group. Throughout a joint patrol performed by army and police personnel, a gaggle of males fled in several instructions upon noticing the safety forces. The group instantly searched the realm, uncovering a Multi Calibre American Tactical M4 Carbine rifle. The firearm was discovered alongside {a magazine} containing ten 5.56 cartridges.

    This marks the third firearm recovered within the division in lower than per week, highlighting the effectiveness of the intensified operational technique. Regulation enforcement authorities have recommended the collaborative efforts of the army and police groups, emphasizing their dedication to decreasing gun violence and unlawful weapons within the parish.
