    SBAJ president says 7% increase in electricity  bills is unconscionable

    President of the Small Enterprise Affiliation of Jamaica (SBAJ) Garnett Reid has described the 7% improve in electrical energy payments for November as unconscionable.

    The announcement was made by the Workplace of Utilities Regulation (OUR) yesterday.
