    Sangre Grande Regional Corp warns lands being developed for sale without permission – Jamaica Inquirer

    The Sangre Grande Regional Company has reminded the general public in a discover that planning permission is required below the City and Nation Planning Act for the event of land.  

    This, because it acquired studies that lands inside the Municipality of Sangre Grande are being developed and provided on the market to the general public with out the required approvals.  

    It notes planning permission from the City and Nation Planning Division of the Ministry of Planning and Improvement and approval from the Company are each vital previous to any growth work being undertaken.  

    The Company is urging the general public to train due diligence in guaranteeing land distributors have adhered to all necessities earlier than buying land from them.  

    The Sangre Grande Regional Company says it bears no duty and won’t settle for legal responsibility for any loss, damages, bills or inconvenience ensuing from any land transaction in relation to any unplanned and/or unauthorised.  

    It advises that failure to adjust to the legislation might lead to enforcement proceedings or remedial motion being taken in opposition to offenders.
