    Sandals South Coast pastry chefs elevate Carib-inspired cake designs – Jamaica Inquirer

    Sandals South Coast’s pastry cooks lately accomplished a transformative marriage ceremony cake coaching train, designed to reinforce their craft and infuse their creations with the colourful essence of the Caribbean.

    The specialised coaching session was used to reveal revolutionary designs, distinctive flavour concoctions and personalization.

    From delicate fondant flowers to daring tropical designs, the pastry workforce is able to take the baking biz to the subsequent degree.

    ‘Our purpose is all the time to create unforgettable moments for our {couples}’, stated Valecia Galbraith, weddings supervisor at Sandals South Coast.

    The resort’s govt chef Ricardo Smith was happy with the workforce’s development.
