Rose Corridor (Developments) Restricted (RHDL) has submitted a brand new tariff utility for water and sewerage companies to the Workplace of Utilities Regulation (OUR), signaling plans for future enlargement and revised pricing throughout buyer classes.

The submission, made in step with the corporate’s licensing obligations and regulatory necessities, outlines proposed changes to the charges charged for potable water and sewerage remedy companies in St James. RHDL at the moment serves 58 prospects, together with residential, industrial, and academic establishments.

The brand new tariff framework introduces tiered volumetric charges primarily based on buyer kind, and benchmarks costs in opposition to these of the Nationwide Water Fee (NWC). Charges would robotically modify one month after any modifications to NWC’s pricing. Moreover, service costs could be tied to meter measurement and aligned with NWC’s present construction.

A key element of the proposal is a Value Adjustment Mechanism (PAM) designed to take care of income stability within the face of inflation, forex fluctuations, and modifications in electrical energy prices.

If permitted, the brand new framework would substitute RHDL’s earlier Annual Value Adjustment Mechanism (ANPAM) submission dated Might 12.

The OUR is at the moment reviewing the proposal as a part of its regulatory oversight of the utility sector.
