    Assistant Chief Training Officer for the Particular Wants Unit within the Ministry of Training, Abilities, Youth and Info, Dionne Gayle (second left), assists Principal of the Earnest Institute for the Gifted, Hyperactive and Gifted, Natasha Russell (second proper), in slicing the ribbon to fee into service a photo voltaic vitality system donated to the establishment by Solar Plus Restricted. Sharing the second (from left) are Lawyer Michelle Thomas Nelson, representing Mayor of Kingston, Councillor Andrew Swaby; and Founder/Director of Solar Plus Restricted, Javon Harris. The photo voltaic system was handed over to the Kingston-based faculty on Thursday (July 3).
