Republic Monetary Holdings Restricted (RFHL), via its wholly owned subsidiary Republic Financial institution Trinidad & Tobago (Barbados) Restricted (RBTTBL), on Might 21, 2025 notified Cayman Nationwide Company Ltd (Cayman Nationwide) of its intention to make an all-cash conditional supply to buy the excellent extraordinary shares of Cayman Nationwide (Provide).
On Might 22, 2025, Cayman Nationwide introduced the RFHL Discover to the Cayman Islands Inventory Trade (CSX). The supply round to Cayman Nationwide shareholders and CSX shall be printed shortly, thereby formally opening the Provide.
The RFHL Group owns 31,754,248 extraordinary shares representing 74.98 per cent possession of Cayman Nationwide.
With this supply, the RFHL Group seeks to amass as much as 10,596,483 of the remaining extraordinary shares, representing 25.02 per cent of the issued shares of Cayman Nationwide, at a proposal value of USD 7.75/share.
