    State Minister within the Ministry of International Affairs and International Commerce, Hon.     State Minister within the Ministry of International Affairs and International Commerce, Hon. Alando Terrelonge (proper), engages in dialog with United Nations Youngsters’s Fund (UNICEF) Regional Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, Roberto Benes, at a reception to mark the Regional Director’s go to to the island. The reception was held in Kingston on Wednesday (December 10).
