A 40-year-old Portmore man is now dealing with critical gun fees after police say they discovered an AR-15 rifle and ammunition at his dwelling.
Charged is technician Fabian Turner of Portmore, St Catherine. He’s booked for possession of prohibited weapon and unauthorized possession of ammunition.
Stories are that round 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28, a Portmore police group swooped down on Turner’s premises throughout an operation.
Throughout the search, cops allegedly discovered the high-powered AR-15 rifle with {a magazine} loaded with 4 5.56 mm rounds. The lethal discover was hidden inside a bus seat positioned on the veranda.
Turner was instantly taken into custody and later charged. His court docket date is now being finalized.
