    Police Shoot Armed Man During St Catherine North Operation

    Spanish City, St Catherine – A police operation in Shelter Rock early Friday morning ended within the deadly taking pictures of an unidentified man and the seizure of an unlawful firearm, authorities have confirmed.

    In keeping with the police, round 6:20 a.m., officers have been conducting an operation after they have been challenged by a person armed with a nine-millimetre pistol. The firearm reportedly had {a magazine} containing 4 rounds of ammunition.

    Police say they took evasive motion and fired, injuring the suspect, who was rushed to Spanish City Hospital however later succumbed to his accidents.

    The Unbiased Fee of Investigations (INDECOM) has launched a probe into the incident. Authorities emphasised that the matter stays beneath investigation.
