    Police Seize Illegal Gun and Ammunition After Driver Flees Traffic Stop in Hanover

    Hanover, Jamaica – Police in Hanover have seized an unlawful firearm and ammunition following a dramatic early morning pursuit within the Brissett district of Lucea on Monday.

    In line with experiences from the Lucea police, the incident unfolded round 6:30 a.m. when officers conducting an operation alongside the Johnson City primary street signalled the motive force of a gray motorcar to cease. The driving force, nevertheless, refused to conform and sped away from the scene.

    Regulation enforcement instantly gave chase and have been later knowledgeable by residents that the fleeing automobile had entered the Brissett City neighborhood.
