    Police Constable Charged With Girlfriend’s Murder in St Mary

    St Mary, Jamaica — A younger police constable has been charged with the homicide of his 20-year-old girlfriend following a lethal home dispute in Richmond, St Mary final month.

    Constable Patrick Walters, 22, was charged on Monday, July 21, with homicide and utilizing a firearm to commit a felony, after an investigation and ruling by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
